7. Can I control which of my ads get the Elite badge?
Yes. Sellers have control over which listings carry the badge, ensuring maximum visibility where it matters most.

9. What happens after my package is used up?

Yes. Dealers get the Elite tag on listings inside the Dealer App, along with all other benefits.
11. Why was my ad rejected?

12. Can I renew my package?
Yes. In one of the following scenarios, you can renew the package:

13. How can I renew my package?
You'll receive a renewal reminder once the package expires. You can then renew your package online with the following steps.

Open the OLX Consumer App

Go to the ‘Account’ section and click on ‘Renew Now’ from the profile tab.

Category and location will be pre-selected as per your previous package. However, you can still change your preferred category and location if required.

14. Is there any provision for a refund in case the leads are unsuccessful or for partial refunds?
Any package purchased is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after payment.
15. Will Elite Sellers have access to buyers’ contact numbers, and can they download the leads from the website?
Yes, buyers’ contact numbers will be shared with Elite Sellers. They will also have the option to download the leads directly from the website; however, this feature is available only on the desktop interface.
16. Why am I not receiving the buyer’s contact number as an Elite Seller?
Elite Sellers may not receive a buyer’s contact number in the following situations:
- Buyer logged in via email: If the buyer signs in using their email address, their mobile number will not be shared with the seller.
- Buyer using an older app version: If the buyer is on an app version older than 19.70, the seller will not receive the buyer’s mobile number when the chat is initiated.
