If the amount has been deducted from your account but the package is not yet activated, do not panic and please follow these steps:
1. Check Your Payment Status: Verify that the payment was successfully processed. Check your bank statement or payment gateway for confirmation.
2. Wait for Processing Time: Package activation might take some time. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the package to be activated.
3. Review Order Details: After 24-48 hours, go to My Account > Buy Packages & My Orders > My Orders. Check if the package appears in the list with details about activation and expiry.
4. Log Out and Log In: Sometimes, logging out and logging back in can refresh your account and update the package status.
5. Contact Support: If the package is not activated even after waiting for 24-48 hours, reach out to OLX customer support with the following details:
Order ID: The ID of your purchase.
Transaction Date: When the payment was made.
Payment Amount: The amount deducted.
Screenshots: Any relevant screenshots of the payment confirmation or error message.
Important: Occasionally, technical issues can cause payments to get stuck, resulting in the amount being deducted from your account but not being received by OLX.
In such cases, the payment is automatically processed back to the source of payment according to banking timelines. This process may take a few business days depending on your bank's processing time.
