1. What is the Guaranteed Sale / Minimum Guarantee / Guaranteed Response / Minimum Response Packages?
Guaranteed Sale / Minimum Guarantee / Guaranteed Response / Minimum Response Packages (collectively referred to as the “Minimum Guarantee” Packages) are a class of packages that offer additional features that enhance visibility of your advertisement(s) in the Bikes, Cars, Electronics and Appliances, Furniture, Jobs, Commercial Vehicles and Spares, Mobiles and Properties categories. These packages ensure a minimum number of buyer responses in the said categories for all your posted Advertisement(s) during their validity period, as explicitly defined at the time of purchase. If the assured minimum number of responses are not met within the specified duration, OLX INDIA shall, at its discretion, provide a refund of the paid value of the package, as per the refund and cancellation policy of OLX India.

2. Which categories offer the Minimum Guarantee Package?
The Minimum Guarantee Package is available in all categories except:
- Books, Sports and Hobbies
- Fashion
- Pets
3. What are the types of Minimum Guarantee Packages?
Minimum Guarantee packages are offered in:
- Single Ad Packages [1 Ad MG]
- B2C Multi-Ad Packages
4. What are B2C Multi-Ad Minimum Guarantee Packages?
B2C Multi-Ad Minimum Guarantee Packages allow sellers (especially businesses) to:
- Post multiple ads under one package
- Get a combined minimum response guarantee
- Benefit from better cost efficiency per ad
5. What is the cost and validity of these Minimum Guarantee packages?
The package fee and validity vary category-wise and will be displayed at the time of purchase. Please read the package description carefully before purchasing.
6. How many minimum responses can I expect from these packages?
The number of minimum responses varies package and category-wise and is mentioned in the respective package description, provided all your ads:
- Are posted and remain live for the full duration of the package, and
- Comply with OLX India's content guidelines, policies and Terms of Use.
7. Does OLX India guarantee a sale through these Minimum Guarantee packages?
No. OLX India does not guarantee the sale of your product or the quality of buyer responses. The guarantee pertains only to the number of responses and not to the sale, seriousness of the responses, quality, conversion, or completion of any resulting transaction.
8. Can I post multiple Ads with these Minimum Guarantee packages?
Yes, only if the Ad package allows for the posting of multiple Ads (check description details for each package).
- Single Ad Minimum Guarantee Package → Applies to one listing only
- Multi-Ad Minimum Guarantee Package → Allows multiple listings under one package, based on the plan
9. Is the guarantee applicable per Ad?
The guarantee will be applied as per the package type.
- If the customer purchased the Multi-Ad Minimum Guarantee Package, the responses will be considered for the entire package, i.e., for all posted Ads combined.
- If the customer purchased the Single Ad Minimum Guarantee Package, the responses will be considered for the one ad.
10. What are my responsibilities as a user?
- Ensure your listings contain accurate and complete information.
- Keep your listings active for the entire package duration.
- Consume all Ads as given in the package.
- Adhere to OLX India's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, platform policies and applicable laws of India.
11. What if the customer does not use all the ads?
If a Minimum Guarantee Package contains multiple Ads and the customer does not use all the ads, they are not eligible for a refund, even if the responses are below the minimum guaranteed response threshold as mentioned in the package description.
12. What happens if my ads/listings are taken down?
If your ads/listings are taken down due to a policy violation, moderation issue, or breach of OLX India's Terms of Use, you will:
- Not be eligible for any refund.
- May lose the remaining benefits of the package.
13. Can OLX India modify or terminate my subscription?
Yes. OLX India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription or listings at its discretion if any of its terms or policies are violated.
14. Can OLX India change the terms of the subscription?
Yes. OLX India may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be notified through the OLX India platform.
15. How can I request a refund?
You can raise a refund request by:
- Sending an email to support@olx.in from your registered OLX email ID.
- Include your Advertisement ID in the email.
- Submit the request within 15 days after your subscription ends.
If eligible, OLX India will initiate the refund within 30 working days to the same account used for payment (no interest will be applicable)
16. Under what conditions am I not eligible for a refund?
You will not be eligible for a refund if:
- Your advertisement(s) was/were removed due to a violation of OLX India's Terms of Use, platform policies or violation of applicable laws of India.
- You did not keep your advertisements live for the entire package duration.
- You did not post all the advertisements available to you in your package.
- You provided incorrect or incomplete details in your listing.
- If the refund request has not been raised within the time limit.
17. What is OLX India's liability under this package?
OLX India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the subscription. The maximum liability of OLX India is limited to the amount paid for the package.
