If you're encountering issues while sending an email to OLX support and receiving a "message not delivered" error, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Clear Cache & Cookies in Browser:
[i] Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser.
[ii] Go to Privacy and Security.
[iii] Select Clear browsing data.
[iv] Set the time range to All Time and Click Clear data.
[v] Now try composing and sending the email again.
2. Clear Cache via Phone Settings:
[i] Open your phone's Settings.
[ii] Navigate to Apps and then App Management.
[iii] Find and select Gmail.
[iv] Go to Storage usage and Tap Clear Cache.
[v] Now try composing and sending the email again.
3. Use Incognito Mode:
[i] Log in to your Gmail account using incognito mode.
[ii] Attempt to send the email to OLX support from there.
This should help you troubleshoot the issue and successfully send your email.
