If your App is not working as expected, Uninstall the OLX App and download and install the latest version from the App Store/Play Store.
If the problem persists, please follow the below: Clear Cache & Cookies by following the below steps
Option 1: iOS devices
1. Go to Phone Settings.
2. Navigate to Apps.
3. Find the OLX app, then click on Storage.
4. Click Clear Cache.
Option 2: Android devices
1. Go to Phone Settings.
2. Navigate to Additional/More Settings.
3. Go to Applications/Application Manager.
4. Find All Apps.
5. Select the OLX App.
6. Click Clear Data & Clear Cache.
Option 3: Web browser
1. Click on the three dots (menu) in the upper-right corner of your browser.
2. Scroll down and choose Delete Browsing Data.
4. Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then click Delete Data from Basic
5. Tick Browsing History, Cookies, and Other site data and Cache images and files, then click Delete Data from Advance.
