1. Login Check: First, make sure you're logged into your OLX account using your phone number or Google credentials.
2. App Update: Ensure your app is up-to-date. If not, update to the latest version. If the issue persists, try clearing the app cache and relaunching the app. Please make sure to update your app from PlayStore/AppStore if a new version is available.
3. Clear Browser Cookies: If you’re using OLX on a browser, clearing cookies might solve your problem.
4. No Chats Received: As a seller, if you haven’t received any chats, it could be that buyers haven't reached out yet. Consider refreshing your Ad, revising the description, uploading better images, or adjusting the price to attract more attention.
5. Log Out and Log In Again: If all else fails, try logging out of your account and signing back in from Settings.
6. Deleted or Expired Chats: If a chat is deleted by the user or expires, the history for that ad will no longer be accessible.
Important: If you're interacting with sellers, please be aware that once a chat is deleted by the user or expires, the chat history for that ad will no longer be accessible. However, the chat history will remain available in your account for 15 days, giving you time to save a backup before it is permanently removed. Make sure to back up any important conversations within this period.
