1. What is the OLX Subscription Package?
The OLX Subscription Package is a paid feature offered by Sobek Auto India Private Limited (licensed brand name: OLX) that helps users boost the visibility of their listings across these categories — Bikes/Cars/Electronics & Appliances/Furniture/Mobiles/Properties — to increase visibility and accelerate sales on the OLX mobile app.
2. What type of package will be available under the Minimum Response Guarantee Package?
There will be Free Limit and Featured Ads available for 30/45/60 days duration. This helps your ad get noticed quickly and reach more potential buyers.
3. Can I post more than one ad using this package?
No. Each subscription package is applicable to one listing only. If you want to promote multiple listings, you’ll need to purchase separate packages for each.
4. What is the cost and validity of the subscription?
The package fee will be displayed at the time of purchase, and the validity will be 30 days from the date of activation.
5. Does OLX guarantee a sale through the subscription?
No. OLX does not guarantee the sale of your product or the quality of buyer responses. However, if you are unable to sell your product by the end of the subscription period, you may be eligible for a refund (subject to terms and conditions).
6. How many responses can I expect from the package?
The package ensures a minimum of 15 responses to your ad within 30 days, provided your ad:

Remains live for the full duration (minimum 30 days), and

Complies with OLX moderation and content guidelines.
7. Can OLX modify or terminate my subscription?
Yes. OLX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription or listing at its discretion if any terms or policies are violated.
8. What happens if my ad is taken down?
If your ad is taken down due to a policy violation, moderation issue, or breach of terms, you will:

Not eligible for any refund

May lose the remaining benefits of the package.
9. Can OLX change the terms of the subscription?
Yes. OLX may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be notified through the OLX platform.
10. What are my responsibilities as a user?

Ensure your listing contains accurate and complete information.

Keep your listing active for the full 30-day duration.

Follow all OLX moderation rules, terms of use, and applicable laws
11. How can I request a refund?
You can raise a refund request if your two-wheeler did not sell during the subscription period by:

Sending an email to support@olx.in from your registered OLX email ID.

Include your Advertisement ID in the email.

Submit the request within 15 days after your subscription ends.
If eligible, OLX will initiate the refund within 30 working days to the same account used for payment. (No interest will be applicable.)
12. Under what conditions am I not eligible for a refund?
You will not be eligible for a refund if:

Your advertisement was removed due to a violation of moderation rules or other OLX terms.

You did not keep your ad live for the entire 30-day period.

You provided incorrect or incomplete details in your listing.
- If the request has not been raised within the time limit.
13. What is OLX’s liability under this package?
OLX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the subscription. The maximum liability of OLX is limited to the amount paid for the package.
