Q2: I just purchased the Elite Buyer Package — what happens now?
If you recently purchased the package, you will continue to receive all the benefits until the end of your subscription period. We are not offering new renewals, but your current benefits will remain active until expiry.
Q3: Will I get a refund for the unused days of my subscription?
Refunds are not applicable for active packages, as the benefits remain available until the subscription ends. The package can be consumed as per its features.
Q4: Are there any similar packages I can buy now?
At this time, we are not offering a direct alternative to the Elite Buyer Package. However, we now have an upgraded version of the Elite badge that also lets buyers access a dashboard where they can view the sellers' contact numbers. Additionally, we are actively working on launching new features that offer more value and flexibility. Stay tuned for updates in the OLX app or website.
Q5: Will this affect my experience as a buyer on OLX?
Not at all. You can continue browsing, contacting sellers, and making purchases on OLX just like before.
Q6: I used to get quicker responses with the Elite Buyer badge. How do I ensure that now?
You’ll still get quicker responses, plus added benefits like the ability to call sellers directly with our current upgraded offering. You can now reach sellers faster and make your buying journey smoother.
