3. How do I get onboarded to Elite Buyer Pro?
The customer can conveniently purchase the package online through the OLX consumer app. The package is available for all cities across India. Here are the steps to purchase the package:
1. Go to the ‘Account’ section of the OLX app and click on ‘Elite Packages for Buyers’
2. Select the category (e.g., Cars, Mobiles, Properties, etc.) and city (e.g., Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc.) for which you want to get the package.
3. Select the ‘Elite Buyer Pro’ package and choose the number of leads as per your requirement.
4. Complete the payment and start exploring curated listings as per your set preference.
4. Once I get the package, will I get the benefits of Elite Buyer Pro for any category or location?
No, the benefits are limited to the specific category and city you selected while purchasing the package.

3. Negotiate smartly – Keep price discussions clear and to the point.
4 . Inspect thoroughly – Check the item's condition, history, and necessary documents in person.
5. Agree on a fair deal – Ensure mutual agreement is based on quality, market value, and expectations.
6. Avoid advance payments – Pay only after inspecting the product and finalizing the deal.
7. What If I Can’t Find the Right Item?
OLX offers a wide range of options across different categories. Here’s what you can do:

8. Is there any daily limit on viewing seller phone numbers?
You can view up to 20 seller phone numbers per day.
9. What happens after I express interest in a seller's product?
After viewing the contact details:
a) You can call the seller directly.
b) Negotiate and check the product condition.
c) Close the deal on mutual ground.
d) OLX encourages prompt follow-up and requests users to mark listings as "sold" once a deal has been completed.
10. When does my package expire?
Your package will expire when the package's validity period expires. Please note, even if your contact details' view limit is over within the validity period, you can still continue enjoying the Elite Buyer benefits with the badge and pinned chats for higher visibility to sellers till the package validity period is over.
11. Can I renew my package?
Yes. In one of the following scenarios, you can renew the package:
- Your package validity is over.
- Your contact details view limit is over. In this case, you will get an option to renew the package. Note: Any remaining validity from the previous package will not be carried forward upon renewal.
12. How can I renew my package?
You'll receive a renewal reminder once the package expires. You can then renew your package online with the following steps.
- Open the OLX Consumer App
- Go to the ‘Account’ section and click on ‘Renew Now’ from the profile tab.
- Category and location will be pre-selected as per your previous package. However, you can still change your preferred category and location if required.
- Choose the plan as per your requirement.
- Complete payment and restart enjoying the Elite Buyer benefits.
13. I faced an issue with a seller. Whom do I contact?
Please contact OLX customer support for any grievances. (details in the app).
14. Is there any provision for a refund in case the leads are unsuccessful or for partial refunds?
Any package purchased is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after payment.
15. Will I get a refund if my preferred ad isn’t visible on my dashboard?
We understand how important your preferred ad is to you. However, please note that refunds are not available if the ad you selected is not displayed on your dashboard.
The dashboard displays only leads from owners (individual sellers). Therefore, it is possible that your preferred ad does not appear if it was not posted by an owner or individual seller.
16. Can I buy multiple packages from one account?
Yes, customers can purchase multiple packages; however, if a new package is purchased while a previous one is still active and partially used, the existing package will be forfeited upon activation of the new one.
17. Who is an elite buyer? Is it an OLX-approved and verified buyer?
An OLX elite buyer is a user who has paid for services on the OLX India platform. They are not approved or verified by OLX.
18. For which categories is the Elite Buyer Pro package available?
The Elite Buyer Program is available for the following categories: Cars, Bikes, Properties, Electronics, Mobile Phones, and Furniture.
