You don’t need to! The system automatically selects the best available coupon for you during checkout.
2. Where can I see which coupon has been applied?
On the cart page, look under the order summary. The applied coupon will be visible along with the discount it offers.
3. What if I’m buying a single package and not using a cart?
In that case, coupon suggestions will appear directly on the package screen, showing you the best deal available.
4. Can I manually enter a coupon code?
Currently, the system auto-applies the most beneficial coupon. Manual entry may not be required. However, if you have the coupon code available you can enter it manually.
5. Why don’t I see any coupons applied?
This could happen if:
No coupons are applicable to your selected product.
The campaign for the coupon has expired.
You’ve already used the coupon and it's limited to one-time use.
6. Are the prices shown final?
Some prices may differ according to the category and packages purchased. Final pricing will be shown during checkout.
7. How long is the validity of the voucher?
Every coupon/voucher has its start & expiry date, after expiry it won't be visible to customers. Discount %, validity will also be mentioned in the coupon title or read more.
8. Can I use the voucher in multiple categories and locations?
If a voucher is assigned to the bike category, the user cannot use the same voucher in the cars category unless the voucher has been configured for both categories by the admin. Right now vouchers are independent of locations.
9. If my voucher/coupon are not working?
We need the screenshot recording and need to highlight the same to the support team to validate and assist with the solution on support@olx.in.
