Report a User
Be a part of the OLX fraternity and if you notice an issue with a Seller or an Ad, please report the instance to us. We have made it easier not only to report a suspicious ad but also a suspicious user as well.
Note: Don't forget that you need to be logged in order to report a User.
All you need to do is:
- Tap on ‘See Profile’ at the bottom of Ad page.
- On next screen, select top right 3 Dots → Report User
- You will see 6 options. Choose the reason that best fits your complaint & insert comments.
Report an Ad
Seems something wrong with the Ad. No problem! OLX has made it snappy & easy for you to report an Ad.
Note: Don’t forget that you need to be logged in order to report an ad.
- At the bottom of the Ad, tap on ‘Report this Ad’ option.
- A pop-up will appear asking you for a little extra information. Select an appropriate option and write comments. Our support team will take your report seriously and follow up accordingly.
