Money Back Subscription Package - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction  

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the subscription package offered by Sobek Auto India Private Limited, which has its licensed brand name as OLX (the “Company”) for users of the mobile app (the “User”). By purchasing the subscription, the User agrees to comply with these Terms.

2. Subscription Package Description  

Subscription Package shall:

-   be applicable against one listing only.

-  provide boosting to the User’s advertisement/listing it to the top category as per the package 

- Provide responses to the user against the advertisement that would allow the user to sell its two-wheeler efficiently. However, in case of a minimum of 30 responses on the listing, the listing shall be considered “Sold.” 

3. Payment Terms  

- The fee for the Subscription Package will be communicated at the time of purchase which shall be valid for a period of 28​ ​days only. 

4. Guarantee Disclaimer

- OLX does not guarantee in any form and manner the product sales or transactions resulting from the subscription.  

- OLX does not guarantee in any form and manner, the seriousness of the responses or the reachability of prospective buyers. 

- Notwithstanding to the above, if OLX fails to provide 20 responses​ against the listing to the user​​ then in such an event subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, OLX shall be liable to refund the subscription package amount to the user​. 

​​- The request for refund must be submitted from the OLX’s registered email id of the user to support@olx.in inclusive of Advertisement ID and User ID, ​within 15 days​​ ​of the end of the subscription period however subject to the terms and conditions OLX shall initiate the refund within 30 working days of the refund request from the user on the same account from which the payment has been made, without any interest thereof. ​

5. User Responsibilities  

- The User must provide accurate and complete information related to their advertisement/listing.

- The user shall keep the listing against the two-wheeler live for consecutive 28 days. 

- The User agrees to adhere to the moderation rules, applicable laws and terms and conditions of OLX available at OLX website and mobile app.

- The user shall not be eligible for refund if at any time during the subscription period, the advertisement of the user has been taken down due to breach of moderation rules or any reason whatso ever.

6. Termination of Service  

- The Company reserves not only the right to suspend or terminate any User’s subscription but have also right to take down the listing of the user with no further obligations, if it is found that the User has engaged in conduct violating these Terms or any applicable laws 

7. Limitation of Liability  

- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Subscription Package.

- The Company’s liability in any event shall be limited to the price paid for the Subscription Package.

8. Amendments  

- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform.

9. Governing Law  

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
