Dear OLX Users, Our site is undergoing an upgrade and might be a delay in time to publish your ad(s). Inconvenience is deeply regretted.

Technical Issue(s) Troubleshooting - App

Facing these Issues:-  

1. Unable to post an Ad?

2. Unable to access your account?

3. Unable to access OLX App?

Not an issue! 

Re-install App: Simply uninstall and reinstall your App. Ensure to download the updated version of OLX App from the App store. (Apple Users click here). 

If you are still having problems, please send us an email that includes the following details:

  1. Phone brand - Samsung, Nokia, iPhone etc.
  2. Model - Nexus 4, Moto G2 etc.
  3. OS version - Android 5.0, Android 4.3, IOS etc.
  4. Connection type - WIFI, 3G, 2G etc.
  5. Screenshot of error displayed.

Clear cache & cookies:

  1. Go to Phone Settings.
  2. Under settings, go to Apps.
  3. Find the OLX app and click on storage.
  4. Click "Clear Cache".

Or

  1. Go to Phone Settings
  2. Under settings, go to "Additional/More Settings"
  3. Next go to Applications/Application Manager
  4. Next find "All Apps"
  5. Under Apps, click on OLX App
  6. Next go to: Clear Data & Clear Cache.

 Logout from App:

Simply log-out from your account and login again.

To log out follow the simple steps below:

Step 1 - Click Profile

Getting an Exclamation Mark (!) or Red mark Error

No Issues, follow the simple steps below.

Step 1 - On Profile tab: click on pencil shape icon to edit your profile name

Step 2 - Remove capital letters in the name. Replace with small letters.
